Esta cifra representa una disminuci\u00f3n sostenida en comparaci\u00f3n con las 58 registradas en el mismo per\u00edodo de 2024 y las 85 de 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Detenciones y Decomisos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La Fuerza P\u00fablica aprehendi\u00f3 a 26 personas vinculadas a actividades il\u00edcitas relacionadas con la sustracci\u00f3n de hidrocarburos.<\/li>\n<li>En otras acciones con participaci\u00f3n de Recope, se detuvieron nueve personas m\u00e1s, totalizando 35 detenciones.<\/li>\n<li>Se ha decomisado combustible robado, evitando que llegue a redes criminales.<\/li>\n<li>En lo que va del 2025, se han decomisado 93,660 litros de combustible robado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Crimen Organizado:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las autoridades insisten en que el robo de combustible no son actos aislados, sino operaciones coordinadas por estructuras criminales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Impacto y Riesgos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perjuicio econ\u00f3mico para el pa\u00eds.<\/li>\n<li>Amenaza directa a la seguridad ciudadana y al ambiente (riesgo de explosiones, fugas e incendios) debido a conexiones ilegales cerca de comunidades o zonas de alto tr\u00e1nsito.<\/li>\n<li>El poliducto tiene 415 kil\u00f3metros de longitud.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Estrategias y Avances:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estrategia integral basada en tecnolog\u00eda, capacitaci\u00f3n especializada y articulaci\u00f3n institucional.<\/li>\n<li>Mejor entendimiento del fen\u00f3meno por parte de los cuerpos policiales (puntos cr\u00edticos, movimientos de grupos criminales, d\u00f3nde intervenir).<\/li>\n<li>Coordinaci\u00f3n entre Recope y MSP: mejora en el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n y reacci\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida.<\/li>\n<li>Recope ha invertido en reforzar equipos, ampliar monitoreo y capacitar personal.<\/li>\n<li>Promoci\u00f3n de cambios legislativos para sanciones m\u00e1s severas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Resultados Econ\u00f3micos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El perjuicio econ\u00f3mico por robo se redujo de \u20a11.134 millones en 2023 a \u20a1666 millones en 2025.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Denuncias Ciudadanas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se han recibido m\u00e1s denuncias ciudadanas a la l\u00ednea confidencial 1-0-0-2: 86 en lo que va del 2025, frente a 51 en el mismo per\u00edodo el a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desaf\u00edos Persistentes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las autoridades coinciden en que el robo de combustible seguir\u00e1 siendo una amenaza mientras existan redes delictivas activas y zonas vulnerables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Declaraciones:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Karla Montero (Presidenta de Recope):<\/strong>\u00a0\u00abEstamos viendo r\u00e9ditos claros de una estrategia integral&#8230;
