Seg\u00fan la nueva disposici\u00f3n, se impondr\u00e1 prisi\u00f3n de 4 a 6 a\u00f1os a quien adquiera, reciba u oculte dinero, cosas o bienes provenientes de un delito en el que no particip\u00f3, cuando la mercader\u00eda incautada sea mayor a 2,310,000 colones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Definici\u00f3n de Receptaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Delito cometido por quien adquiera, reciba u oculte dinero, cosas o bienes provenientes de un delito en el que no particip\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Otra Iniciativa Aprobada:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, los legisladores apoyaron la iniciativa que incorpora al Ministerio de Econom\u00eda, Industria y Comercio (MEIC) y a la C\u00e1mara de Comercio en el Consejo Nacional de Facilitaci\u00f3n del Comercio.
