La propuesta busca convertirse en una herramienta estrat\u00e9gica para sostener la producci\u00f3n nacional de arroz y reducir la alta dependencia de las importaciones.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"997\">Costa Rica importa actualmente el 85% del arroz que consume, una cifra alarmante para los productores, quienes advierten sobre los riesgos que esa dependencia representa en un contexto global de incertidumbre clim\u00e1tica, geopol\u00edtica y comercial.
