La investigaci\u00f3n se\u00f1al\u00f3 como principal sospechoso a un hombre de apellido Gonz\u00e1lez, de 41 a\u00f1os y nacionalidad nicarag\u00fcense, quien fue detenido y permanece en prisi\u00f3n preventiva por un plazo de tres meses.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"848\" data-end=\"1101\">El 21 de julio, las autoridades localizaron el veh\u00edculo del sospechoso, y al aplicarle luminol, dio positivo por rastros de sangre. Posteriormente, se realiz\u00f3 un allanamiento en la vivienda del imputado, donde tambi\u00e9n se recolectaron indicios de sangre.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1516\">El hallazgo del cuerpo se dio el 6 de agosto en una zona boscosa de Guatuso. En el lugar se encontraron prendas que coinciden con las que habr\u00eda usado Nelly al momento de su desaparici\u00f3n. Aunque el cuerpo se encontraba en avanzado estado de descomposici\u00f3n, el Organismo de Investigaci\u00f3n Judicial (OIJ) asegura que las coincidencias son suficientes para presumir con alto grado de certeza que se trata de la joven.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1518\" data-end=\"1822\">Las autoridades indicaron que se proceder\u00e1 con pruebas de ADN para confirmar de forma definitiva la identidad del cuerpo.
