Seg\u00fan la instituci\u00f3n, el desembolso de recursos se realiza \u00fanicamente despu\u00e9s de validar y recibir los productos contratados, en apego al principio de responsabilidad en el uso de fondos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"507\" data-end=\"765\">Hacienda se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las cifras presentadas no fueron contempladas en el informe <strong data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"633\">\u201cGesti\u00f3n de proyectos en Hacienda Digital\u201d<\/strong> de la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica, ya que la auditor\u00eda realizada por el ente contralor cubre \u00fanicamente datos hasta 2024.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"767\" data-end=\"1046\">La cartera recalc\u00f3 que el proyecto mantiene <strong data-start=\"811\" data-end=\"866\">controles espec\u00edficos de costos y avance financiero<\/strong>, lo que permiti\u00f3 devolver <strong data-start=\"893\" data-end=\"919\">$15 millones ahorrados<\/strong>, y que el proceso cuenta con <strong data-start=\"949\" data-end=\"1004\">evaluaci\u00f3n y seguimiento continuo del Banco Mundial<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de auditor\u00edas externas anuales.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1394\">En los pr\u00f3ximos meses se prev\u00e9 la puesta en marcha de los sistemas <strong data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1127\">TRIBU-CR<\/strong> (Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria), <strong data-start=\"1157\" data-end=\"1166\">ATENA<\/strong> (Administraci\u00f3n Aduanera) y <strong data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1206\">CR-TEZA<\/strong> (Administraci\u00f3n Financiera y Talento Humano).
