El documento busca orientar a consumidores y responsables de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas sobre qu\u00e9 productos evitar y cu\u00e1les elegir como opciones menos da\u00f1inas dentro de esta categor\u00eda.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3339\" data-end=\"3387\">Ultraprocesados menos da\u00f1inos seg\u00fan la AHA<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3388\" data-end=\"3583\">La AHA aclara que no todos los ultraprocesados son iguales. Algunos, aunque procesados, pueden aportar nutrientes valiosos.
