Porque s\u00ed, este placer fugaz puede tener consecuencias m\u00e1s profundas de lo que imaginamos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"section-subtitle\" dir=\"auto\"><strong class=\"bold\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 efectos secundarios dejan las frituras en nuestro cuerpo?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"inner-title\" dir=\"auto\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 da\u00f1os podr\u00edamos estar acumulando si frecuentamos estos sabrosos antojos grasosos? Mientras m\u00e1s consumes, m\u00e1s vulnerable se vuelve tu estado an\u00edmico.<\/p>\n<p class=\"inner-title\" dir=\"auto\"><strong class=\"bold\">2. Error com\u00fan: optar por vegetales fritos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"inner-title\">\u2013 Las temperaturas altas destruyen los nutrientes y vitaminas de los vegetales. Si busc\u00e1s una opci\u00f3n realmente saludable, opt\u00e1 por ensaladas frescas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"inner-title\">\u2013 Aunque los vegetales tienen alto contenido de agua, al fre\u00edrlos el aceite reemplaza esa agua, haciendo que su <strong class=\"bold\">contenido cal\u00f3rico se multiplique hasta por 5<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"inner-title\"><strong class=\"bold\">3. Error com\u00fan: elegir frituras peque\u00f1as<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"inner-title\">\u2013 La forma y tama\u00f1o influyen en cu\u00e1nta grasa absorben.
