Adem\u00e1s, muchos estudios recientes han sido revisados por expertos independientes. En Costa Rica, estos hallazgos ofrecen pistas pr\u00e1cticas para vivir mejor.<\/p>\n<h3>Ciencia y bienestar: c\u00f3mo fijar metas SMART<\/h3>\n<p>Fijar metas claras y concretas facilita el cambio. Por ejemplo, usar objetivos SMART \u2014espec\u00edficos, medibles, alcanzables, relevantes y temporales\u2014 aumenta la probabilidad de \u00e9xito. Estudios muestran que las personas con metas SMART mantienen h\u00e1bitos por m\u00e1s tiempo.
