Varias diputaciones han presentado una consulta de constitucionalidad ante la Sala Constitucional (Sala IV) en contra del recorte de m\u00e1s de \u20a18.048 millones al Fondo Especial para la Educaci\u00f3n Superior (<strong>FEES<\/strong>), una medida incluida en el proyecto de presupuesto ordinario del a\u00f1o 2027 (expediente 25.754). En ese convenio, el Gobierno reconoci\u00f3 una deuda con la educaci\u00f3n superior correspondiente a los a\u00f1os 2020 y 2021 (en el contexto de la pandemia) y se comprometi\u00f3 a saldarla en ocho tractos anuales. El recorte actual corresponde precisamente al segundo de estos tractos.<\/p>\n<h2>La moci\u00f3n 16 y el recorte<\/h2>\n<p>Seg\u00fan exponen los diputados en su consulta, la fracci\u00f3n de gobierno present\u00f3 la moci\u00f3n n\u00famero 16 durante el tr\u00e1mite en comisi\u00f3n, la cual redujo esos recursos destinados a la educaci\u00f3n superior estatal.
